If we do send you a replacement package, we expect that you will ship back the original package if and when it arrives. We will send you a prepaid label to do so. Please keep in mind that seed sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds. See our return policy for more info.

If the USPS tracking website indicates delivery of the package, it is presumed delivered. Replacement of packages marked as delivered will not be initiated unless confirmed by USPS. Should you encounter this situation, USPS is equipped and willing to assist. Before reaching out to us, kindly contact your local USPS office for package geolocation and documentation, confirming misplacement, loss, delivery to an incorrect address, etc. This documentation is necessary to qualify for a replacement for a package marked as "Delivered" in the USPS tracking system.

We urge customers to file a Delivery Insurance claim within 60 days of the expected delivery date. Given that USPS recycles tracking numbers periodically, it's crucial to reach out while tracking history remains accessible, enabling us to address your concerns promptly.
